Last weekend I was given a chance to hangout with some very lovely ladies from church at Carter Mountain to go apple picking! I had never been apple picking before so I didn't really know what I was in for...
The road leading to to top of Carter Mountain was really steep and winding...not gonna lie, I was kinda scared at times.
How awesome would it be to live in a house surrounded by apple trees!
As close as this shot looks, I actually had to use my telescope lens to get it...
This girl Rebecca was a saint to go after the good apples
Melissa and Rebecca trying to come up with a better game plan
After all that climbing, turns out Fuji apples can also be found lower to the ground :P
I was very excited when I found Melissa was coming because not only had it been a long time since I had seen her, but I also wanted to give her a belated birthday present that I made. Catching her wearing it made me so happy! :)
Remember this lovely lady, turns out she likes apples too!
(from left to right: Hannah B., Julie, Rebecca) Being well amused by watching others pick their apples
*whispers* shh look it's Leney getting ready to go on the prowl to locate her prey...well perfect shot.
Not really sure why people were taking pictures of Katie
I figured I join the band wagon, and found the camera does in fact love her. :P
(left to right: Katie and Kelly) Aw sweet sibling love :)
Time to go already?!?
I love capturing random candid moments, I prefer those over staged shots any day!
Who knew that picking your own apples could bring such joy!
I do have a confession to make...I did end up getting some pre-picked apples...still equally delicious though!
How awesome would it be to have this as your back porch view!?!
Such a beautiful sunset!
I enjoyed myself a lot this weekend, and I am glad I got to share it with these lovely ladies!

You got some really good shots! (Except for the one where i'm chewing.. :P)
