So...without any further ado....here is the first official post of "The Adventures of UhOh and Pumpkin Head"!
"Peek-A-Boo"................"tehehehe"................"PEEK-A-BOO!"........."tehehee" "UhOh WAKE UP!!", shouted Eli. "Yes Pumpkin Head", I said. "Come on Uhoh, come on!", he politely pleaded. Well how was I suppose to say no to such a sweet request...even if it was only 11am on a Sunday morning that I planned on sleeping in on....but let's face it, when you have an adorable 3 year old staring you in the eyes...it's kind of hard to be selfish.. So, after I get up, Eli asked repeatedly to go to the playground. Now typically my dad (his grandfather) takes him to McDonald's to run around on the playground...but for some reason he was not around. Well I could not have this little kid's dreams crushed so I volunteered to take him.
the little pumpkin head gets his energy from Sprite.
This guy has no problem with making friends no matter where he is!
This is his favorite slide!
I was really impressed with not only how well behaved he was on the playground, but the fact that he came when I called him! I remember being a complete nightmare for my parents because it was always a fight to get me to leave any playground! So since he was so good, I decided to treat him and take him to the grand opening of "Toys 'R' Us".
When we arrived to "Toys 'R' Us" we were...well I more of less felt greeted by "Brobee" from this pretty awesome kids show "Yo Gaba Gaba". (They invite legit artists on this show!)
Once inside, pumpkin head found a "Thomas the Tank Engine" section. I remember watching this show when I was his age...that was over 20 years ago!
Turns out a lot of kids liked playing with Thomas the Tank Engine so we found some other things to play with! (sorry Bunny, just focus on his face and not what is in his hand)
I love how that crayon is the same size as he is!
I found the apple ride rather ironic seeing how just that Saturday I had gone apple picking...He found the apple ride to be fun!
After the apple ride, we headed home with 3 brand new toys: Harold the Helicopter from "Thomas the Tank Engine", a little cement truck, and a hot wheels police car.
He fell asleep while playing with his cement truck...dawwww :)
I hope you enjoyed reading about our first adventure post, and I can not wait to update ya'll with another one! .....I wonder what we will do next???
